We believe that
a developer’s responsibility
goes beyond building houses.
So we build differently.

We don’t build
on greenfield sites;
we want to help
already existing
to develop.

We know that Prague must continue to grow, but we believe that this need not be at the cost of expanding the city and taking over more green areas. That’s why we don’t build on greenfield sites and we don’t build new soul-less residential estates. Instead we help the already existing neighbourhoods to develop.

We build small-scale apartment buildings, whose residents integrate naturally into the current community, allowing for a life in harmony and community spirit. We build places where people know each other and where friendly neighbourly relationships are formed. We build in neighbourhoods with existing infrastructure, so there is no need for building nurseries and schools, or additional public transport links. Our projects make use of what is already there, such as an extensive public transport network.

We build

  • We don’t take over greenfield sites on the outskirts of Prague; we build in places where people are already living.
  • We build using environmentally-friendly materials.
  • We minimise noise and maximise light in every apartment.
  • We build our houses ready for electric cars and bicycles and charging station for cars and bicycles comes as standard.
  • Every project includes a maximum amount of greenery. Most apartments come with their own balcony or terrace.

We personally
high quality

The small-scale nature of our projects means we are able to personally guarantee quality, not just in architecture and design, but also in the workmanship of our buildings.

We don’t do average; our buildings are distinctive. Our buildings are made in a way that we ourselves would want to live in them. Our apartments are not designed exclusively to be sold; we keep many of them and lease them out. This is our greater commitment to quality.

Greenpoint I

A four-storey uniquely designed apartment building with loads of French windows, balconies and terraces. The building’s appearance, like its apartments from studio to 2-bedroom in size, is the result of the work of a team of renowned architects from the Cuboid studio.

The building is fascinating in its multifacetedness. It fits in perfectly with the surrounding houses, while also standing out on its own. Some of its characteristic features include kitchen corner windows and other windows unconventionally positioned on the facade, integrated ornamental flower and herb boxes, the white brick strips on its cladding and the climbing plants on its facade. The building considers the comfort of its residents. The apartments facing east and south have storage areas in cellar rooms, and there is also a bike room available to use. Residents also have parking spaces.

The neighbourhood is very quiet. It is surrounded by natural parks while also taking advantage of the full infrastructure of the nearby residential estate. It has excellent transport accessibility – bus lines take ten minutes to get to Metro C station Kobylisy.

Greenpoint II

This small-scale apartment project has taken shape in a neighbourhood originally comprising residential houses near the Draháň-Troja natural park, offering residents a pleasant and distinctive place to live.

Apartments within the project will be located in two small buildings, one with three storeys and one with two. The project endeavours to create a place with sufficient space for relaxation. The design around the building also includes parking for residents. The thoughtfully-designed apartments from studio to 2-bedroom in size have gardens, balconies or terraces. For greater living comfort, residents of both buildings will have cellar storage rooms and a shared bike room available to use.

Architects from the Cuboid studio focused on ensuring the buildings fit in well within the neighbourhood. They have a simple white plaster facade with windows in dark grey frames located expediently. The buildings’ character is completed with roller shutters.

This quiet neighbourhood utilises the infrastructure of the nearby residential estate, with excellent transport accessibility – a number of bus lines reach Metro C station Kobylisy in just ten minutes.
